Last Night

Nick, Nick, Nick...It always seems to be about him. But last night was so amazing. And not in the way of sex and groans and rock and roll, but laughs and smiles and hugs and kisses. With Nick I feel so comfortable I can do the silliest things and not feel funny. We did Yoga together, stretched, played with popcorn, watched soft-core porn and the Red Sox. I haven't laughed, full-heartedly, with Nick in what seems like a long time. Then time spent right before sleeping was so snuggly and comforting. I sang him songs...I know, horrible, but he loves it (thank god!) And we talked about important things in the most understanding un-confronting way. This is why I'm so happy with him, we just really connect in a way I've never really found with anyone else before him.
